Lolomas is an independent-living community for adults 55 and older. At least one member of the household must be 55+, and income limits apply. Call our office and we will walk you through eligibility for your household — it only takes a few minutes.

Because Lolomas is an affordable community, household income must fall below limits set each year by HUD for Curry County. The limits depend on how many people live in the home and change annually, so the surest way to know is to call us with a rough idea of your monthly income — we can tell you right away if you qualify.

Rents at Lolomas are kept below market under the affordable-housing program, and they are not calculated as a percentage of your income. Exact rents vary by floor plan and change from time to time, so please call for current pricing and availability — we are happy to go over it with you.

Availability changes through the year. When no home is open, we keep a waitlist and call in order as homes become ready. Joining is free and there is no obligation — call and we will add you and tell you honestly where you stand.

Yes. Every home at Lolomas is single-story with no interior stairs, and every home has its own private entrance and porch — no hallways, no elevators, no neighbors above you.
